SHIPPING
We ship products via USPS. We will also ship via UPS or FedEx if otherwise prearranged. We’re sorry, but we are only accepting orders from customers in the U.S.A. now. Due to worldwide shipping delays and material shortages, our production is limited.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Thursday (we do not ship orders on weekends). We’ll send you a confirmation via email when we ship your order.
We charge a flat rate for shipping in the Continental U.S. of $4.95 and handling for standard ground.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a lenient Refund Policy at Gilcraft.
We take pride in our products and want to hear about quality defects. You may return any product we sell for any reason, and there is never a restocking charge. However, Gilcraft must pre-approve all returns and assign an RMA#. Please include the RMA# with your return. Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless otherwise arranged.
